Chrome-Max griddle surface has an electro-chemical chrome plating process which bonds a hard chromium surface to a high carbon steel griddle plate. The result is a highly reflective surface that virtually eliminates radiated heat saving up to 30% on energy cost and keeps the kitchen cooler. The surface is completely sealed so food cannot become embedded into the plate surface. Cleaning is easy with a spatula, water and a non abrasive detergent. No seasoning is required.
