Shipping damage is a very serious problem within our industry. Factories are accustomed to shipping full container loads of equipment which make no stops along the way, and rarely have any movement inside that cause damage. However, when a single item is shipped, it often gets loaded and unloaded multiple times before reaching its destination, exposing it to damage in the warehouses and trucks.

Select Appliance is proud to inform you that we have invested a great deal of money on a packaging system that has just about completely eliminated shipping damage. When we ship a large product from our warehouse, we add a full "Blanket" of tough foam around the entire product box and shrink-wrap and strap the whole thing to a full size pallet. This extra investment, on our part, insures that you will receive the product in perfect condition. No other online dealer offers this extra step to protect your investment!

Some items in our catalog may still ship direct form the factory to you, and we do our best to instruct them how to set up the shipment, but you should still inspect those shipments as best you can for any signs of damage before signing and taking possession of the goods.

The majority of our home approved ranges, cooktops, and hoods are shipping from our warehouse.
