Select Appliance has every confidence in the quality and workmanship of the products we sell.
However, if you have received a defective item, or need to return your purchase, please review our policy.
Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.
- If an item is defective
- If your product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days after it arrives, you may return it for a refund or immediate replacement, subject to manufacturer restrictions.
Before you return any item, you must obtain an RMA number (see below).
Please consult our shipping policy page if you suspect damage by the shipping company.
- After the first 30 days, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Manufacturer's warranties vary on each item (see below).
- Within fifteen (15) days of receipt
- You may return any unopened product for a full refund within fifteen days of receipt of your order.
Note that we reserve the right to apply a 25% restocking fee to any non-defective returns.
All non-defective items must be in new condition, with original packaging, accessories and all written materials and warranty cards.
Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.

- We cannot accept a return on any non-defective product after fifteen days.
After that time, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

- Obtaining an RMA number
- Before you send anything back to us, you'll need to contact our customer care department and request an RMA.
An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is valid for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return.
All items being returned must be received in our warehouse within 15 business days of receipt of your RMA number and return instructions.
Discrepancies may result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.
- When you request your RMA, we will give you further instructions including the address for your return.
Please have your invoice or order number, ZIP code, and any other relevant information ready before you contact us.
- You are responsible for returning products to us, including all shipping arrangements and costs.
Contact us for assistance in returning oversized items, such as stoves.
All other items must be sent via UPS.
- Exceptions
- Special order items may not be returned for a replacement or a refund.

- Warranty information
- All products, unless noted otherwise, are sold with the full manufacturers warranty.
The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product type.
If a manufacturer offers an extended warranty, you may contact them to purchase such a warranty (we may choose to offer extended warranties in the future).
Please feel free to contact us if you have trouble getting a hold of a particular manufacturer.
